In the 2004 word camp, Sister Yang Gaolili, the founder of the Kingdom Resources for Christ Association, conveyed the vision of the Ministry Resource Center to everyone, and we were deeply moved. In order to let more people understand this vision and actually participate in it, the 2004 Literary Camp conducted an in-depth interview with Gao Lili, a student in the in-depth class, about the past, present and future of the Kingdom of God Resources for Christ Association.

It has only been one year since the Kingdom of God Resources for Christ Association was officially established, but if we trace back the birth of this vision, we have to start in 1995. That year, Li Li attended a missionary conference. When the speaker called, more than a hundred people came to the stage and were willing to devote themselves completely to God. Li Li was one of the conference coordinators. When she talked with four or five young people who had just decided to devote themselves to the youth, she found that except for two people who participated in the church's choir and children's Sunday school service, most of them had nothing. Serve. With a simple faith and full of enthusiasm, they think that studying theology and pastoring after graduation is the only path to full-time ministry.

After chatting with these young people, Li Li felt a lot. After studying theology, pastoring is indeed a path to service, but it is a narrow path after all. In today's Chinese churches, many brothers and sisters who have both talents and dedication have not been put to good use. This is a strange phenomenon, but it is true. On the one hand, in some churches, waste occurs due to improper use of resources such as people, money, and materials; on the other hand, in some churches, it is difficult to promote many ministries due to the lack of resources such as people, money, and materials. To boil it down, the main reasons are:

1. Many churches have many resources but do not know how to use them, are unwilling to use them, or are unable to use them;
2. Many Christians do not understand where their gifts lie; 3. Many churches lack the ability to effectively train brothers and sisters.

Li Li majored in management. During her many years of business management, she often applied biblical principles to manage businesses and teams, creating excellent results for the companies she worked for. The poor use of human, financial, and material resources in the Kingdom of God made Li Li anxious and drove her to start thinking about how to improve the situation. God also spoke to her heart through many people, things, and things. Seven years ago, when Li Li was the editor-in-chief of Messenger magazine, he was suffering from a lack of manuscript sources and difficulty in inviting manuscripts, and came up with the idea of organizing a literary camp and training literary colleagues. This idea was immediately recognized by teacher Su Wen'an, and the first writing camp was launched in 1999. So far, more than 300 people have received training from training classes to advanced classes and special classes. The students who have graduated from the Literary Camp have not only made great achievements in the field of literary ministry over the years, but have also made significant progress in personal spiritual growth and various ministries in the church.

Through the success of the writing camp, God gave Li Li more thoughts and encouragement, and she also made it clear that what God gave her was not just a dream, but also a feasible path. The establishment of the Kingdom of God Resource Center has since This sprout. Therefore, fully exploring and integrating all possible resources of the Kingdom of God and making these resources fully operational became a clear vision in her heart!

When asked why the Kingdom of God resources, and what are the most important resources of the Christian Association? Li Li tells us very clearly that human, financial and material resources are the most basic resources. The most important thing among them is human resources; because God always completes His plans through human participation, and only by first becoming a person after God's heart can we accomplish the ministry that is after God's heart. Li Li often uses the metaphor of being entrusted according to talents in the Gospel of Matthew to encourage brothers and sisters to give full play to their gifts and use them for the Kingdom of God, to be loyal and good servants, and not to buy out the talents given by God. , becoming an evil and lazy servant.

Therefore, the purpose of Kingdom Resources for Christ Association is to integrate and connect all denominations, churches, institutions, families and individuals who share the same vision and mind, and to discover and inspire those with special gifts, talents and visions among Christians around the world. Do everything possible to help promote lectures, books, camps, and ministry activities, and assist them in raising funds to spread the gospel, educate apostles, and cultivate a new generation of leaders. Specifically, the Kingdom Resource Center will assist churches and institutions by organizing various seminars, training courses, and camps, with minimal administrative costs and organizational structure, and maximum connections, referrals, and support. And individual ministers can use their talents to benefit the expansion of God’s kingdom.

Generally speaking, growing a church and leading people to the Lord is the most direct and effective way to achieve the goal. Under normal circumstances, a church grows fastest within the first five years of its establishment, and most of the donated income can be used to spread the gospel. By pioneering new churches and cultivating believers, we can achieve an annual growth rate of at least 10%. As a church gradually grows, part of the donation income must be used for administrative, church building, maintenance and other expenses. The return rate between the cost of preaching the gospel and the number of believers becomes increasingly low.

Therefore, if every church is willing to realize this and rationally use the resources God has placed in our hands, realize the "Fifth Five-Year Plan" and set off a great revival of the global Chinese church, it will happen in our era. Kingdom of God Resources for Christ Association aims to play the role of media and channel between churches, institutions and institutions, individuals and churches and institutions, and promote the early realization of this vision by integrating various human, financial and material resources.
